Department of Chemistry

 Gary Scott, Professor of Chemistry, received the Distinguished Campus Service Award for 2006-07 for meritorious service as Associate Dean of Student Affairs of CNAS while maintaining an active research program and participating in graduate and undergraduate teaching in the Chemistry Department. Professor Scott also was noted for his serving on the college Executive Committee, Graduate Council, and as Chair of the subcommittee on courses and programs.
