The Sawyer Award recognizes an Analytical Chemistry graduate student in their 3rd or 4th year of study with a $1500 award. Awardees are selected based on excellence in research. The award honors Donald T. Sawyer, a well-known analytical chemist and long-time UCR faculty member.
